Happy 15th Birthday to us at Parmar Staffing

Today 16.12.2021 we have reached the grand old age of 15 !!!

15 years ago our MD and my fellow partner Anita Parmar-Greaves had the courage to embark on a journey to build a great recruitment business that would put candidates first. Following years of working within corporate recruitment, she understood that she could deliver a better service without the corporate boxxoxks that went with it.

During the last 15 years, we have seen two recessions in 2009 and 2020 followed by some great years and some not so good. We partnered some great companies that we still work with today and some that we gladly do not, as paying their bills wasn’t a priority! Top it all off, with Brexit and a pandemic!!
We have employed some amazing team players during the last 15 years and they have enabled us to grow the firm further.

The business is still strong, with the leadership and commitment from Anita and the continued courage and strength from both of us we continue to deliver excellent recruitment services to clients across the UK. We even have one in California USA!

Although our head office is in Sussex, we work with clients in the majority of large towns and cities across England, Wales and Scotland. During the pandemic, many new and existing clients realised that it does not matter where you are based in the UK, it’s what you can deliver. With a great selection of Google reviews, this shows a flavor of our commitment and hard work.

Today the shape of the business has changed and although we have a terrific following of clients and candidates we focus on three main areas of recruitment.
