You consent to Parmar Staffing holding data and processing data under the rules of the Data Protection Act 1998. You also acknowledge that your personal data may be forwarded to other persons for the purpose of conducting checks and referencing, to find suitable permanent positions.

You understand that without your confirmation to process your personal data that Parmar Staffing are unable to search for suitable permanent opportunities. You agree that you may be contacted by telephone, fax or SMS with details of employment opportunities.


We are trained to operate according to the highest standards of business ethics. We appreciate that sometimes you need to tell us things that are not for public consumption in order to ensure our recruitment service to you is as effective as possible. We are happy to sign confidentiality clauses as part of formal sole agency or preferred supplier agreements.
