Due to internal promotion, a Customer Services Correspondent position has become available in the companies small but busy Customer Service team.

Key responsibilities:

To provide excellent customer support by telephone, fax and e-mail

To raise, amend and progress sales orders through to delivery.

Handle incoming, generate new, and follow up on sales enquiries.

Liaise with relevant internal departments to fulfil customer requirements.

The hours of work are 8.30 to 5pm Monday to Friday with overtime on a Wednesday.

We are looking for an Audit Senior, or strong and experienced Semi-Senior, who is committed to providing an excellent level of service to our clients.

The successful candidate will take a significant role in audit assignments and must have a minimum of two years recent practice experience and be ACA/ACCA qualified or an active studier. UK GAAP experience is essential as is a comprehensive knowledge of accounting and auditing standards. Experience of accounting and audit in the charity and not for profit sector would be highly advantageous but not essential.

You will be a confident and well organised person who is happy communicating directly with our clients. You will share our values and commitment to developing and maintaining strong client relationships whilst offering an outstanding level of client service

• ACA or ACCA, fully or nearly qualified with practice experience
