<div id="_mcePaste"><span style="color: #888888;">• The PCB Support Team Leader or Production Support Manager should be the primary contact for support to this function, with the Value Stream Manager providing indirect support.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste"><span style="color: #888888;"><br class="clear" />KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste"><span style="color: #888888;">• Qualified to HNC Production/Manufacturing (Desirable: Mechanical Engineering Degree) with 2-3 years’ experience as a minimum in a similar manufacturing environment</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste"><span style="color: #888888;">• Must have previous experience of working in electronics manufacturing in a supporting role.</span></div>
<div id="_mcePaste"><span style="color: #888888;">• Previous experience of supporting and especially programming Siemens Siplace Surface Mount placement equipment and VI Technology Automated Optical Inspection is favourable.</span></div>

</span><br class="clear" />This is a hands-on, customer facing, project engineering role. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the project from the Project Management, design of electrical control cubicles / systems to customer requirements, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.<br />
<br class="clear" />Ideally the right candidate will have the following skills, however we will consider application from graduates with electrical engineering mechanical degree.<br />
<br class="clear" />Main Duties:<br />
Total project management of multiple projects including design (hardware and software) in accordance with<br />
- Company and departmental procedures<br />
- Statutory and contract specific standards e.g. EN60204, EN13849, UL508A<br />
- Project timescales and budgets<br />
<br class="clear" />Develop non-standard technical solutions to complex customer control problems.<br />
Build customer relationships with attention to customer requirements balanced against budgetary requirements and timescales<br />
Provide expert technical support to other areas / departments to help achieve company goals e.g. Systems test, Technical support department including commissioning and service, Sales, R&amp;D<br />
Occasional travel to customer sites will be required.<br />
